AXA Real Estate in retail letting in Manchester
AXA Real Estate Investment Management, advised by Reid Rose Gregory, has let a shop at 4 John Dalton Street, Manchester to B&S Convenience.
The Tenant has taken a ground floor unit totalling 357 sq ft (33 sq m) on a new 15-year lease at an annual rental of £24,000 pax.
