Atisreal completes Kittle Yards lettings in Edinburgh
Atisreal, acting on behalf of Morley Fund Management, has secured two lettings at Kittle Yards, Causewayside, Edinburgh.
MTEM Ltd, which provides pre-drilling surveys to the oil industry, has taken a ten-year lease of 1,234 sq ft at an annual rental of £20,250. MTEM retain an option should more space become available in the development.
Data Connection, a leading communications technology supplier, and existing tenant at Kittle Yards, has taken a further 1,395 sq ft. Both spaces were let within six months of the commencement of marketing.
Cliff Campbell, of Atisreal, said: "The level of interest in the space was exceptional, demonstrating that there is high demand for good quality office accommodation on the periphery of the City Centre. We are very encouraged by these lettings as they bode well for the future of Morley's recent investment, Causewayside House, which neighbours Kittle Yards and offers Grade A office accommodation of between 3,500 sq ft and 29,000 sq ft."
