Capital Menswear take space in Edinburgh's Exchange district
Acting on behalf of Scottish Widows, Donaldsons has let nearly 2,000 sq ft of retail space to Capital Menswear on the ground floor of the Scottish Widows building at 71 Morrison Street in Edinburgh
Previously occupied by Space sandwich and coffee shop, Capital Menswear has taken the prime site on a 10 year FRI lease at a rental of £30,000 per annum.
Alan Stewart within the retail department of Donaldsons, explained: "Capital menswear has actively been seeking the right property in the Exchange district for some time and we're delighted to have secured this retail outlet for them."
Donaldsons acted on behalf of Scottish Widows and Murray & Muir acted for Capital Menswear.
